How does it work?

We’ll automatically send you a freshly roasted batch based upon your delivery frequency.
Your subscription is customizable and easy to manage. You can make changes online or cancel your account whenever you need.
How do I subscribe?
When browsing our coffee collection, simply select the “Subscribe & Save” option for your desired coffee. Select your preferred shipment frequency, then check out as normal.
Subscriptions save 10% on each order. Subscribe today and never run out of coffee again!
How do I know my subscription is confirmed?
After joining King Bean’s subscription service, you will receive an email confirming your subscription. This email will include a link to access “Subscriptions” where you can manage your future orders, subscription items, and subscription account information. Your subscription orders will automatically generate according to your selected frequency. We bill on the day the order is shipped.
How do I change an order date?
Visit “My Next Order” under “Subscriptions” and click “Change” near the next order date. Select a new date for your order. This will change the order date for the entire order.
Note: If your subscription contains multiple coffees, and you would only like to change the order date of a one coffee, please visit the “Subscriptions” tab and identify the individual coffee you would like to modify. Please click the next order date for the individual item and select your desired next order date.
How do I skip a delivery?
Visit the “My Next Order” under “Subscriptions” and click “Skip” near the next order date to skip the entire order.
How do I change the shipment frequency?
To modify the delivery frequency, go to “Subscriptions.” To change the delivery frequency, simply click the arrow of the frequency drop down next to the item you would like to modify. Select your next desired frequency from the pull down menu.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Visit the “Subscriptions” tab and simply click the “Cancel” link under the item quantity. Once you’ve chosen “Cancel Now,” your subscription will be cancelled. You will also receive an email notification confirming this.
What is the difference between the “My Next Order” and “Subscriptions” tabs?
“My Next Order” shows the details for your next scheduled order.
“My Subscription Items” displays individual subscriptions items and all associated details for that individual subscription.
How do I make changes to my subscription account information?
Under the “Subscriptions” tab, please select either the “My Next Order” or “My Subscription Items” tab. Account information is included under the “Account Information for This Order” section on the “My Next Order” tab. Account information is included under “More Changes” on “My Subscription Items.”
To change your shipping address, please click the "Change" link located directly to the right of the Shipping Address column.
To change your payment or billing information, please click the "Change" located directly to the right of the Payment Info column.
Please remember to press OK and verify that your updated information saved successfully. We kindly ask that you allow up to 24 hours for modifications or cancellations to be processed.
